Submission guidelines
All aspects of the submission process will be handled online via EasyChair management system on the conference page. If you have never used EasyChair before, you must register first. It is then really easy to use.
If you don't speak French, you can submit in English.
Papers
If you are interested in the conference subject, we invite you to submit a paper project containing:
- – a title,
- – a 1.500 words abstract,
- – a five titles max. bibliography,
- – five keywords.
Oral communications will be twenty minute long, followed by a ten minutes discussion.
Posters
A poster session will be organized during both days of the conference to allow presentations of projects in their early phases, or not suitable for a long presentation. For these posters, you have to submit a one-page explanatory draft containing:
- – a title,
- – an abstract,
- – a five titles max. bibliography,
- – five keywords.

Don’t forget to anonymise your submission : no name, no affiliation.
Evaluation process
The draft articles will be submitted to a blind reviewprocess by two members of the scientific committee. The selected projects can result, according to the scientific committee decision, in either a 20 minutes oral communication or a poster communication. The articles will be reviewed again by the members of the scientific committee, so that the authors can receive feedback on their production. The authors will have to take comments and suggestions offered by the readers into account in the final report of their articles to ensure the quality of the proceedings.
The articles must be formated using suitable models given to the authors.
Oral communications:those will include a twenty-minutes presentation followed by a ten-minutes discussion and then for long papers (8p).
Communication by posters: the colloquium will organize a poster session (A1 format) and then short papers (4p).
